It seems just like yesterday that we brought you back home, but that was actually 4 years ago already.

It's still very much etched in my head that you were so tiny - only 3/4 length of my palm.
And the length of your ears were like my thumbs.
Being hyperactive, you'd run around on my palm, licking my fingers ever so often.
When everyone's out, I'd carry you onto my table and let you run around.
Sometimes even typing "words" for me while stomping on my keyboard.

Yep, and there was this time when you scared the guts out of Asswhy and she dropped you onto the floor. !@#$%!@$%!@#

And then you grew teeth, got bigger and couldn't move freely on my palm anymore.
I'd still smuggle you into the room for you to hop around!
There was also this once where we brought you to the fields to play with our neighbours pair of Maltese.
You served them hard with your hyper kick.
Sweeeeeet, you showed no fear before their barks!

And then you became old,
Started dropping hair and getting lazy.
But still as eager to eat as ever.
Everytime we past by you, you'd show so much enthusiasm and excitement.

And now,
As I see you lying there, struggling hard to get up but to no avail,
My heart wrenches and stomach somersaults.
There isn't anything I can do for you.
I really hope you'd move on to a better place soon,
And end this misery...

It's been really fun,
Thanks for all the company during those lonely days.

Hey world!
Today's one interesting day!

I can't believe I actually stepped out of my house to go study with Zona and Vanessa!
We went to esplanade library.
WOOO /transform into Mugger Joyc!

So we mug and we mug,
And I completed everything except GP!
ALL HAIL JOYC!

I woke up to see Dad watching Ip Man.
Damn good show,
Ended up watching with him and made me late.
But thankfully, everyone was late :)

I shall watch the full movie tomorrow,
And Benjamin Button.

And finally I've decided to play my guitar, like seriously.
I got it from Will bro very long ago, only to leave it in one corner to rot.
How terrible of me yes?
But then again I have reason - Xiaobei.
So I can't just abandon XB, can I.

But lately I've got this passion burning inside me to play A7X songs!
Eck, I'm making Liren play Bat Country guitar duet with me!

And I'm suppose to be actualizing Sailing logo right now,
But I've turned on my Procrastinate switch.
So too bad,
That will have to wait.

And I shall talk about yesterday!
Due to having injured my left thumb,
I couldn't go for CO.
Believe me, I feel so bad since the concert is in 2weeks.

The day before yesterday,
I was asking Yigeng what reason I can give to pon Saturday's CO.
But I was just kidding!
But God had to play a joke on me.
I ended up with a thwarted finger from PE.

Okay, regarding yesterday.
I headed down to Pitstop to collect my almost overdue cheque,
And to my pleasant surprise, so many people were there!
Marvin's going to quit and this week he only worked on one day,
Which was yesterday! Woohoo!
And there was Hao Peng & PK, and a not-so-new but new to me girl, Angeline.
Even more shockingly, Yvonne came down to collect her money too!
Nice, then we played 3 games.
HP failed at teaching us the game.. ... Ey I even forgot the name! :D
And finally I finished learning Pandemic, which was taught halfway by both Cameron and Haopeng in the past.
Then it was David and Goliath, no it's not the brand you're thinking of.
It's a game related to that giant and midget, yep.
Pretty fun,
Got Weekee Mummy to play with us too.
In all, I love Pitstop. :D!
A pity I'm too busy to work there now...

Now let's warp back to today!
Being cute/retarded (up to you to decide),
We decided to watch the sunset @ Esplanade Waterfront.
So we went to Marina Square to dabao dinner,
And that was where I met Smith Bro & Chris.
He dumped Girl girl's new toy into my bag.

Then we got our food and settle down at Esplanade Waterfront only to realise that a local band, Kingkonggene was gonna play.
I'd say they are not bad! I like the last song the most, soemthing about going away..
And Lollipop hahah!
Didn't like the Lemonade though.
The drummers pretty impressive, and was singing the backing vocals.
Maybe he's gonna become a Mike Portnoy some day :)
The bassist was boring but aiya, I don't know, maybe bassists are mostly boring.
But I wish I can become John Myung!

Okay I'm very tired,
Shall go to bed.
Oh yah, I feel like watching the play Dr Jekyll and Edward Hyde.

Ahoy mateys!
I officially declare that I've fallen in love with SAILING!!!

Having missed the first two sessions,
Me the newbie aka cai4 niao3, went there for the first time ever!!!!

Rigging the boat was interesting enough,
Like identifying the impressively large number of parts.
My forte is knot tying :D

And the shoes were cooking my feet until I went into the water.

Since it was our first time (And we didn't come last week),
Liren and I sat on the speedboat first, with our instructor Jovina (i think.)
She's really cool and she was behaving like a mother,
Going around rescuing our fellow sailors!

The crashcourse was pretty effective as I pretty much grasped what to do while listening to her yell at my mates!
And I was dying to sail so I switched with Der Hui and made Zenn my partner.

WE ARE IMPRESSIVE.
LOL.

Okay so we broke the record and did a turtle capsize.
How cool is that?
And we capsized 7 times!

Oh yes, the first time I capsized was pretty deadly,
All the water gushing into my nose, mouth, eyes~
Disgusting taste, and my eyes hurt so bad!
And my nose too yuck yuck,
Thinking of it is making my tongue and throat go numb.
[-Exaggeration-]

It's really tiring to climb up and my arms are suffering right now.
Hopefully that's how I say goodbye to fat arms and hello sexy toned arms!
Oh and especially when I channeled all my energy into laughing and totally have none left to pull myself up.
I don't know why I'm so tickled either!

And we also did this cool 180degrees quick turn!
Super cool~!

Okay gotta go off and do my work!

Hey world!
Just came back from SC camp!
I got booted out, haha!

And I have no idea why I feel so relieved and in fact, happy!

Being a practical person, I've had mental preparation beforehand and knew that I wasn't gonna make it. So I was all prepared to accept it.
But, I didn't think I'd be able to do this so well.
I mean, since I've put in my 100% in campaigning and etc., shouldn't I be expecting to get something in return? (i.e. getting into SC)

So I've come up with 2 theories.
1.
Perhaps it's because of the time constraint that I'm facing.
SC will take up alot of time, especially when I have imba commitments like Sailing and CO,
So I was pondering how to cope during these few days.
It's perhaps better that I don't get in SC then.

2.
Maybe I'm just trying to console myself subconsciously, i.e. Sour Grapes.
Like, OH YES IM NOT IN I HAVE MORE TIME HAHAHA.

But I don't really feel it's option 2 because the joy I'm feeling is genuine.

So I conclude it's because of all the kindness I've received throughout this period.
Came into contact with people that I don't even know/hi-bye friends.
Discovered a new side to them - nice!

I'm really glad that I chose to run for SC and got to experience all these,
Although it's really a short period of time!

Also, because of my retarded injured knee,
I couldn't do most of the activities that took place this morning.
I feel pretty terrible because everyone's slogging their guts out while all I could do was cheer for them.
And everyone showered me with care and concern with just simple sentences like "Are you okay?", "Take care!" and etc.
I'm just really touched!!!

THANK YOU EVERYONE, MUACKZXZXZXZXZ.

Oh one more thing,
From the crossfire session/other times during camp,
I realised that I'm a rather passive type of leader.
I'd choose to listen to people's opinions first, then piece them up, rather than just coming up with my ideas.
And also, when I'm in a situation when there are alot of people around me who are willing to take initiative to lead, I tend to just wait and do jobs that are left over.

Okay, I don't know what to comment about it,
It's just a new discovery!

I've turned into a reflective worrywart!
